The Assembly Leamington Limited is the owner and promoter of The Assembly Leamington. The acceptance and presentation of this Booking Reference to gain entry to the event constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions upon which The Assembly Leamington is prepared to grant entry, as follows:
1. No admission shall be allowed without a valid Ticket.
2. This ticket is valid for the event shown in the Payment Confirmation e-mail The Assembly Leamington only and The Promoter reserves the right to vary the programme including the line-up of artists without refund of monies or exchange of booking.
3. The Assembly Leamington is unable to offer refunds or exchanges in respect of bookings unless the Event is cancelled. All bookings are not transferable to other events and are strictly not for resale. If this booking is resold or transferred whether for profit or for commercial gain or otherwise by anyone it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to or ejected from the Event.
4. All pre-purchased reservations are managed through this the official The Assembly Leamington booking site. All bookings are for the Event are provided to the Venue. Any attempt to present any other form of entry may lead to refusal of admission and possible prosecution. Unauthorised vendors will be prosecuted.
5. Please keep the Booking Reference safe as this may be required for admission to the Event.
6. The Assembly Leamington reserves the right to alter your booking without prior notice. If this is necessary for what ever reason, The Assembly Leamington will reimburse any reduction in value between the original and altered ticket allocation.
7. The Assembly Leamington reserves the right to refuse admission and to remove persons from the venue for any reason including behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or annoyance of for failure to comply with the reasonable requests of The Assembly Leamington or its representatives staffing the Event. The Assembly Leamington and its security personnel may conduct security searches to ensure the safety of persons at the Event.
8. No pass outs will be issued. Re-entry to the Event is not permitted.
9. No animals will be admitted to the venue or any venue car parks.
10. No unauthorised filming/cameras/sound recording - any breach will lead to confiscation of equipment.
11. The Assembly Leamington may record the Event. Your attendance at the Event shall constitute your approval for inclusion within the filming and audio recording and your approval permission for The Assembly Leamington to make full use of the recordings and the footage taken without any recourse to you.
12. The Assembly Leamington is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage, howsoever caused, to you except where any such loss, injury or damage is caused by the negligence of The Assembly Leamington, its employees or agents. The Assembly Leamington accepts liability for death and personal injury caused by its negligence but not otherwise.
13. No bottles or cans to be brought into the venue – any found will be confiscated.
14. Fireworks, smoke canisters, flags, banners, poles and similar articles are not permitted within the venue and any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
15. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited from the Event.
16. No unauthorised trading is permitted within the venue or any official car parking facility.
17. In the interests of public safety, The Assembly Leamington reserves the right to request you to leave the venue at any time for safety reasons or immediately after the Event. No admission or re-admission after the end of the Event.
18. WARNING: Please note that you will be exposed to loud music at the Event. Please also be aware that strobe lighting may be used during the Event.
19. Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Assembly Leamington Limited is the owner and promoter of Events available on this web site. Purchase of paid bookings constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein:
1. All products and services are subject to availability.
2. The Assembly Leamington Limited reserves the right to refuse to trade with individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, including those living in countries where credit/debit card fraud is known to be active. The Assembly Leamington Limited will use discretion in these matters and the resultant decision will be final.
3. Customers should refer to The Assembly Leamington web site www.leamingtonassembly.com for full information on the Event prior to booking.
4. On successful confirmation of order, the contracts of sale is made between The Assembly Leamington and the Customer and shall be deemed to incorporate these terms and conditions.
5. Goods and services, together with VAT, are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order as applicable. The Assembly Leamington Limited reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
6. Confirmed orders will be acknowledged with a Confirmation e-mail.
7. Payment processing is performed via SSL secure connections between Our servers and the Banking Institutions of WorldPay Limited, part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

9. The Assembly Leamington Limited reserve the right to refuse to trade with any individual where fraudulent use of credit/debit cards is suspected as determined by The Assembly Leamington, their Management, Employees or Agents acting on their behalf.
10. The Assembly Leamington Limited reserve the right to refuse to transact with any Country or Countries where fraudulent use of credit/debit cards is considered by The Assembly Leamington Management, Employees or Agents as excessive risk.
11. Please ensure all card details are entered correctly on the order form as incorrect data will result in the credit/debit card being rejected for payment and can cause delays to the order fulfilment process.
12. Payment is charged to the credit/debit card on confirmation of successful payment.
13. Bookings can only be made in the name and address of the Card Holder; please ensure that the Invoice/Billing address is the same as the Card Holders.
14. The Assembly Leamington reserve the right to request additional identification or make any other reasonable request in respect of credit/debit card or address verification if deemed appropriate.
15. The Customer must accept the Booking on delivery. Delivery is deemed to take place when the confirmation e-mail is sent whereupon the risks of loss or damage shall pass to the Customer.
16. Physical tickets are dispatched.
17. No refunds or exchanges of Booking.
18. Booking confirmations lost, stolen, destroyed or invalidated will not be reissued and deemed void.
19. Bookings remain the property of The Assembly Leamington.
